Therapeutic Movement and dance teaching : steadydance.com
I am graduated Ballet and Contemporary. My way of teaching Ballet has always been nourrished by my theater background, and body analysis basis. My classes are playful, full of air, and you discover another type of Ballet, far from the old academic stiff schemes, far from competition, you'll go to Ballet to grow, feel fit graceful and happy to meet the others in the group. Above all, you will know your body better, and get to understand a bit more the aery and incredibly joyful coherence of Ballet.
I directed an Event Company for 10 years, producing creations around the world, and offering regular Wellbeing and Creative Workshops for professionals and amateurs . I also ran classes in Wellbeing Dance in Great Britain, Brazil and Paris, I was prized by French Ministry of Culture and durably supported by the Region Bourgogne and its Institutions.
From Artistic Coaching and dance teaching to private Therapeutic Coaching: ehepmest.com, scienceonirique.com and psymotivation.com
From 2005, I started Artistic Coaching for Companies in their tours and participating in artists projects such as Moriarty, willing to put on creations or video clips.
I am also a graduated psychologist and have now moved from Exeter, Great Britain, to Freiburg Germany and wish to continue on this blooming, humanist and secular path.
